What is the Declared Value?
What we need is your best-educated estimate of what you think the card is worth in its current condition, because that will be the amount that the card is insured for while it is in our possession. We do have various resources on our websites such as our PSA Grading Standards, the PSA Price Guide, and Auction Prices Realized which might be of some assistance to you in determining this.
What do I pay per card?
The price varies depending on the service level selected. The service level selected depends on the declared value. The price listed on your submission form is what you will pay per item. If you happen to overvalue your cards, you will not be refunded the grading fees – All grading fees are paid in full regardless of the outcome of grade or authenticity. If an item does happen to grade out higher than expected and is worth significantly more than you estimated, your item will be subject to the higher grading fee.
Do I receive regular updates on the progress of this order?
We do not send out regular updates. You will be able to check the status of order by visiting our NEW website: psacanada.ca. You can contact us at [email protected] requesting your submission number. Please only contact us for further updates if the estimated return date has been exceeded.
How long until I receive my cards back?
Depending on the service level chosen, turnaround times (in business days) begin when the order is entered into PSA USA’s system. Not when PSA Canada receives your items. It can take 3-4 weeks to see submission numbers entered.
How do I pay for my order?
You do not pay for your order until it has been completed. If sending multiple service levels we will combine your shipping and return all items together. We accept E-Transfer or Credit Card.
When are payments due?
Payments are due within 7 days of receiving your invoice. If not paid 5% will be charged each additional week thereafter.
Are my orders insured during shipping ?
Your submission is covered for the amount you input in your declared values while in our possession to PSA (Santa Ana) and for the market value after grading back to us at PSA Canada. When shipping back to you within Canada, the max insurance is $1000.
